01
Acceptance and scope
By accessing the HireAMac website, using its information to evaluate plans, placing a Cloud Mac order, or connecting to and using a provisioned physical node, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you act for a team, company, or other organization, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
These terms apply to website content, order submission, node provisioning, use during the rental term, billing, technical support, and data handling before the rental term ends. The model, node, term, and add-ons confirmed in a specific order form that order’s service parameters; the order record and these terms together define the parties’ scope of performance.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not place an order or continue using Cloud Mac. Viewing public technical information does not mean a device has been assigned. Actual model and node availability is determined by the real-time response in the console.
02
Service definitions
HireAMac provides Cloud Mac rentals based on Apple Silicon. Each valid order corresponds to one dedicated physical machine, which you can use through a graphical interface, command line, or automated tasks. The service is not a virtual machine and does not substitute shared compute capacity for the physical node specified in the order.
Cloud Mac
A macOS workspace accessed remotely for development, builds, remote work, and experimental workloads.
Physical node
A physical device located in an available region and assigned according to the order parameters, with the chip, memory, and base storage matching the selected tier.
Dedicated physical machine
A device used by a single order during the rental term. You remain responsible for protecting credentials, managing team permissions, and handling your own data.
The service includes the base hardware listed in the order, connection information required for remote access, and support channels related to the order. You choose and configure development tools, project dependencies, automation workflows, and business data, and must ensure that your use complies with these terms.
03
Available configurations and regions
The catalog consists of exactly three Apple Silicon dedicated physical machine tiers. The configurations, chips, memory, and base SSD options are listed below; there is no fourth or unpublished tier.
| Model | Chip | Memory | Base SSD |
|---|---|---|---|
| HireAMac M4 S | M4 | 16GB | 256GB |
| HireAMac M4 M | M4 | 24GB | 512GB |
| HireAMac M4 Pro L | M4 Pro | 64GB | 2TB |
All three models are available in five nodes: Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, and the Eastern United States. Choose a region based on your team’s location, project data flows, network path, and compliance requirements. All nodes operate normally 365 days a year; connection quality may still be affected by your local network, cross-border links, and client environment.
Model and region combinations in the catalog are generally available to order. The specific combinations and availability shown at checkout are determined by the console’s real-time response.
04
Orders and provisioning
Before placing an order, confirm the model, node, rental term, and add-ons in sequence. Add-ons are limited to +1TB SSD, +2TB SSD, and Thunderbolt 5 interconnect (per machine); items not selected in the order are not included in its service scope.
-
01
Select order parameters
Choose from three models and five nodes, then select a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly rental.
-
02
Review add-ons and amount
Check the base SSD, storage expansion, number of Thunderbolt 5 interconnects, and the order total shown in USD.
-
03
Complete payment and confirm the result
Pay through an available gateway returned by the checkout page, and use the order status and payment processing result to determine whether payment succeeded.
-
04
Get connection information
After provisioning, view node information in the console, manage the instance, and establish a remote session according to the instructions.
Check all order fields before submitting. For adjustments caused by selecting the wrong model, region, term, or add-on, submit a console ticket; the actual order processing result controls.
05
Pricing and billing
Cloud Mac is billed on daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly cycles. All amounts are displayed and settled in US dollars (USD). Verify the model, term, node, add-ons, and total shown when you submit the order.
| Model | Daily | Weekly | Monthly | Quarterly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HireAMac M4 S | $20.9/day | $56.4/week | $104.4/month | $284/quarter |
| HireAMac M4 M | $41.2/day | $111.2/week | $205.9/month | $560/quarter |
| HireAMac M4 Pro L | $59.9/day | $161.8/week | $299.6/month | $814.9/quarter |
Add-on pricing
| Add-on | Daily | Weekly | Monthly | Quarterly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| +1TB SSD | $2.9/day | $7.7/week | $14.3/month | $38.9/quarter |
| +2TB SSD | $5.8/day | $15.4/week | $28.6/month | $77.8/quarter |
| Thunderbolt 5 interconnect (per machine) | $1.3/day | $3.6/week | $6.7/month | $18.2/quarter |
Each billing cycle has its own price; do not replace the order’s cycle price with simple multiplication. Every invoice item should correspond to the selected model, term, and add-on. If you have questions about an amount or order field, submit the order ID and fields to verify through a console ticket before proceeding.
06
Payment methods
HireAMac supports only the following two payment methods. All orders are settled in US dollars (USD):
- USDT-TRC20
- Visa / Mastercard / Amex (via Stripe)
The payment gateways actually available at checkout are determined by the backend response. Payment completion is based on the order record, payment processing result, and console status. Select the correct network and payment parameters, and verify the recipient details, amount, and order ID before proceeding.
If the payment result does not match the order status, retain the order ID, payment method, amount, time, and verifiable transaction details, then submit them through a console ticket. Do not include access keys, complete card details, or other credentials that could directly access a device.
07
Acceptable use and prohibited activities
You may use Cloud Mac for lawful development, builds, testing, remote work, and computing experiments. Your use must not affect the security or normal operation of other users, service infrastructure, or third-party systems.
You must not engage in or assist with any of the following:
- Unauthorized access Attempting to access devices, accounts, data, networks, or system resources that do not belong to you.
- Malicious scanning and attacks Performing port scans, exploiting vulnerabilities, credential stuffing, denial-of-service attacks, or other destructive network operations.
- Service disruption Bypassing access controls, interfering with node management, tampering with connection mechanisms, or damaging devices or infrastructure.
- Infringing third-party rights Processing unlawfully sourced data, infringing intellectual property, distributing malicious code, or using third-party resources without permission.
- Illegal activities Using the service for fraud, unlawful control, evading regulatory requirements, or other activities for which you are legally responsible.
- Resale and unauthorized allocation Providing the device associated with an order as an uncontrolled public-access resource to unknown third parties without written confirmation.
When use may affect a device, network, other order, or third-party rights, HireAMac may take necessary measures, including restricting sessions, suspending relevant operations, requiring remediation, or terminating the affected order. Measures will be limited to what is necessary to reduce the actual risk and determined using verifiable order and technical records.
08
User data and credential responsibilities
You are responsible for confirming that code, files, datasets, certificate files, and other content written to Cloud Mac come from lawful sources and that you have the permissions required to process them. You must also establish your own version-control, backup, and export processes as required by your projects.
At the start of the rental term
- Set strong access credentials and limit team-member permissions.
- Confirm that the node region meets project and data-processing requirements.
- Record system, toolchain, and dependency versions.
During the rental term
- Back up code, build artifacts, and critical configuration regularly.
- Apply least-privilege access to logs, certificate files, and automation keys.
- Revoke access that is no longer needed when team responsibilities change.
Before the rental term ends
- Export data and build artifacts that must be retained.
- Remove sensitive files, automation credentials, and local caches.
- Verify that exported files can be read in the target environment.
Do not send active access keys through public channels or in ordinary email bodies. When requesting support, provide the order ID, model, node, time of occurrence, reproduction steps, and redacted logs. You are responsible for impacts caused by failing to back up data, accidental deletion, incorrectly configured permissions, or failing to export data before the rental term ends.
09
Service changes, liability boundaries, and contact
Service operation and necessary changes
The five nodes operate normally 365 days a year. To address urgent security risks, equipment failures, upstream network issues, or legal requirements, HireAMac may take necessary technical or administrative measures. Material changes to order parameters, prices, or terms will be announced through the website, console, or a notification method associated with the order.
Uncontrollable events and user actions
Service responsibility is determined based on the verifiable order scope, cause of the event, and actual impact. Impacts caused by events beyond reasonable control, public network outages, upstream infrastructure issues, government action, or your local network, client settings, credential management, script configuration, data handling, or prohibited activities are outside the service operations the platform can directly control.
Take reasonable steps promptly to reduce the impact, including stopping abnormal tasks, rotating credentials, saving redacted logs, and submitting a ticket. Any support request must include enough information to identify the order and reproduce the issue.
Updates to these terms
HireAMac may update these terms based on service capabilities, the product catalog, risk controls, or legal requirements. Once published, an updated version applies to access, orders, and use occurring after its effective date; the model, term, node, and add-ons for submitted orders remain subject to the corresponding order record.
Governing law and dispute resolution
The formation, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. In a dispute, the parties should first negotiate using order records, payment results, ticket contents, and technical evidence. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
Official contact channels
Questions or matters concerning these terms, orders, technology, security, billing, partnerships, or disputes are handled only through the following two channels:
- Email support@hireamac.com For general inquiries, formal notices, and materials that do not require a login.
- Console ticket Submit a ticket after signing in to the console For issues related to existing orders, nodes, payment results, or technical failures.
